1. Management Policy

Given the unavoidable need to remain competitive in an increasingly demanding market, SMARTPM’s management, whose activity is the “Development of solutions focused on intelligent automation and optimization of industrial processes,” has decided to establish a management policy.

By implementing a management system, SMARTPM seeks to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21502:2022, as well as customer requirements and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Objectives and Commitments

By communicating this Management Policy, management expects it to be understood and applied throughout the organization in order to achieve the following objectives:

  • Meet customer requirements, ensuring that products delivered to the market comply with what is requested.
  • Comply with stakeholder requirements.
  • Remain competitive by controlling and reducing non-quality costs through proper application of the management system.
  • Promote a zero-defects culture across the company.
  • Encourage all staff to participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Adopt corrective and preventive actions for any issue, investigating root causes and eliminating them.
  • Work proactively by planning activities, executing as planned, and evaluating results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Involve suppliers as an integral part of the quality chain, just as SMARTPM is part of its customers’ quality chain.
  • Train all people in the organization to meet the requirements of each professional profile and role.
  • Keep staff informed about achieved results.

3. Management Commitment

Accordingly, management is committed to providing all necessary resources to implement this Management Policy and achieve the planned objectives.
