MANAGEMENT POLICY
Given the unavoidable need to be competitive in the increasingly demanding market, the management of SMARTPM, whose activity is the "Engineering, development and implementation of digital solutions for the management and automation of industrial processes" has decided to establish a management policy, which through the implementation of a management system makes us able to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21502:22, customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements.
With the dissemination of this Management PolicyIn addition to being understood by the entire organization, the management expects it to be complied with in order to achieve the following objectives:
- To satisfy the customer's requirements, which means that the products we supply to the market meet the requirements demanded by the customer.
- Commitment to comply with stakeholder requirements.
- To be competitive in the market, which means that by means of a correct application and compliance of the management system, we can control and reduce the costs of non-quality.
- Work throughout the company, with a zero-defect culture.
- To practice in the company, the participation of all personnel in problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Adopt corrective and preventive actions in case of any problem, investigating the causes of failures and eliminating them.
- Work in prevention, which consists of planning the activities planned, executing them according to plan and evaluating the results in order to work on continuous improvement.
- Involve our suppliers as an integral part of our quality chain, just as we are an integral part of our customers' quality chain.
- To train all the people in the organization, in order to reach and fulfill the requirements of each of the professional profiles of each position.
- Inform staff of the results that are being obtained.
Consequently, the management undertakes to provide all the means at its disposal necessary to comply with this management policy, as well as the achievement of the planned objectives .
