The FACTORY Lab is our differential infrastructure: it is a real manufacturing environment. It is an innovative and collaborative facility that houses automated cells in which we have implemented different manufacturing, control and robotics equipment from partner companies. Here we tested the functionalities that we developed for the automation platform MICautomation platform, with real parts and real levels of demand. It allows us to:
✔ Test ad-hoc the proposed solutions
✔ Make visible what we are doing.
✔ Advance with the branding of processes with customers
✔ Speed up delivery times
✔ Reduce all risks associated with start-ups and implementations of production processes.
We are talking about software components, but we are also developing hardware parts and sensors applied to the different systems that integrate the production and control means.
