Real-time virtual simulation of our MIC solution
Those who visit us will have the possibility not only to "see and touch" a real cell in our booth, but also to have a digital immersion in the production cell installed in our Factory Lab through virtual reality.

Remote management with control panel
The cell we present has remote management capabilities, allowing not only the visualization of the process and its KPIs, but also the launching of manufacturing processes.
At the same time, visitors to our booth will be able to see how this remote management also allows the operation of our Factory Lab cell, accessing via streaming to the execution of machining processes in real time.
This functionality facilitates the centralization of the management of "dispersed" cells in the production line, thus increasing the possibilities of synergies and knowledge management.
Datamatrix (QR) reader to manage the traceability of parts
The autonomous QR reader is another of MIC's novelties. This edition will show the capabilities of the MIC in the management of traceability of parts, tools, etc., etc.
The cell will include a datamatrix reading device operated autonomously by the MIC and leveraging the handling capabilities through the robotic arm to operate completely autonomously.
This functionality, in addition to being key to managing the life cycle of tools and tooling, improves the productivity of the production plant. By operating autonomously, MIC optimizes asset availability and reduces wasted time due to the non-location of key elements in the processes.
